Saasha commenced her career in industrial relations and human resource management, and after being admitted, has specialised in providing workplace relations advice to private sector high-net-wealth individuals and small-to-medium enterprises.
Saasha has previously worked for renowned Australian law firms, Minter Ellison and Hicksons Lawyers, and brings a wealth of Australian workplace employment experience.
Saasha is known by her clients to be easy to work with, passionate, energetic, and innovative, whilst her unique experience ‘from both sides of the table’ results in pragmatic outcomes and solutions to industrial relations matters, and the provision of proactive assistance to ensure compliance with workplace and employment laws.
Saasha is the principal of Law Ensure, and loves living and working in her slice of rural paradise at Lennox Head with her husband and their two children. In her spare time Saasha is a keen equestrienne, enjoys travelling the countryside supporting her children’s sporting endeavours, and spending time with her close knit family and friends.
Saasha is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor (Hons 1st Class) from Bond University.
